1. Pipeline natural gas distribution system
The pipeline natural gas transmission and distribution system consists of long distance natural gas transmission and distribution system and urban natural gas transmission and distribution system. The long-distance natural gas transmission and distribution system is mainly composed of gas transmission trunk line, gas transmission branch line, first station, intermediate pressure regulating and measuring station, pressure station, gas distribution station, management and maintenance station, communication and remote control equipment, cathodic protection station (or other electric protection devices). Gas transmission station is the general name of various process stations in gas transmission pipeline engineering. Its main functions are to receive natural gas, filter and separate natural gas, pressurize pipeline natural gas, distribute natural gas, store peak, send and receive pig and so on. General gas transmission station includes starting station, compressor station, sub-delivery station, pigging station and line valve room. The urban natural gas pipeline transmission and distribution system is generally composed of the terminal section of the trunk pipeline, the gate station, the gas transmission and distribution network, the storage and distribution station (gas storage station), the pressure regulator station (pressure regulator device), the gas supply station, the filling station, the management facilities and the monitoring system.
2. LNG industry chain
Liquefied natural gas (LNG) industry has formed a complete industrial chain from the extraction of gas source, natural gas pretreatment, liquefaction, storage, transportation, reception, and regasification after entering the transmission and distribution network to be transported to end users or directly as automotive fuel.
The LNG industry chain mainly includes five parts: natural gas liquefaction, storage and loading, transportation, receiving and transmission and distribution.
(1) Liquefaction
The role of liquefaction is to liquefy raw gas into LNG products.
Pretreatment: Remove impurities from the raw material that are not removed in the production process of the gas field, such as water, carbon dioxide, sulfur, mercaptan, etc.
Liquefaction: Condensing the feedstock gas to -162 degrees Celsius by refrigeration to make it a liquid product.
(2) Storage and loading
LNG liquid products are stored in low temperature tanks under normal pressure, the most common tank types are single capacity tanks, double capacity tanks, and full capacity tanks.
(3) Transportation
LNG maritime transport requires special carriers to store LNG products under normal pressure in the cryogenic compartment of the LNG ship. In transit, BOG (LNG vaporized gas) is produced, which can be used as fuel for transport vessels.
(4) Receive
LNG products are unloaded from transport ships through docks, stored, and then gasified into pipeline gas for delivery to power plants or fuel gas for delivery to users through urban distribution networks.
(5) Transmission and distribution
After gasification in the gasification station, LNG is transported to the user through the gas transmission and distribution network.
3. Liquefied petroleum gas supply system
The main facilities of the LPG supply system include storage station, bottling station, storage and distribution station, gasification station, gas mixing station and bottling supply station
LPG supply bases can be divided into storage stations, bottling stations and storage and distribution stations according to their functions. The functions are as follows:
(1) Storage station: liquefied petroleum gas storage base, the main function is to store liquefied petroleum gas, while filling tank truck operations, and transfer it to the tank station, gasification station and gas mixing station.
(2) bottling station: The LPG bottling base, the main function is to carry out bottling operations and send it to the bottling supply station or the user. At the same time, the bicycle tank can also be filled and sent to the gasification station and the gas mixing station.
(3) Storage and distribution station: both storage station and bottle filling station all functions, is the storage station and bottle filling station collectively.
