First, the function of the gas transmission station
The gas transmission station is the general name of all kinds of process stations in the long distance natural gas transmission pipeline project. Its main functions are receiving natural gas, filtering and separating natural gas, pressurizing pipeline natural gas, distributing natural gas, storing and peaking gas, sending and receiving pig, etc. The general gas transmission station includes the first gas transmission station, pressure station, sub-transmission station, pigging station and final station.
The main equipment of the first gas transmission station is temperament detection and analysis system, filtration and separation equipment, metering equipment, pig sending equipment, the first gas transmission station has gas component analysis, pressure regulation, metering, dust removal, sending pig and other functions.
The main equipment of the compressor station includes compressor unit and its supporting equipment, filtration, separation equipment, pig receiving and sending equipment. The compressor station has the functions of gas pressurization, cooling, dust removal, receiving and sending pig.
The main equipment of the sub-delivery station includes filtration, separation equipment, pig receiving, sending equipment, pressure regulating equipment and metering equipment. The sub-delivery station has the functions of dust removal, pressure regulating, metering and receiving and receiving pig.
The main equipment of the pigging station includes separation equipment, filtration equipment, pig receiving and sending equipment. The pigging station has the function of dusting and sending and receiving pig.
The main equipment of the terminal station is filtration, separation equipment, voltage regulation equipment, metering equipment. The final station has the functions of dust removal, pressure regulation and measurement.
2. Gas transmission station process
1. Gas transmission first station process flow
The main task of the first gas transmission station is to receive gas from the gas field purification plant, separate the impurities and water contained in the natural gas, and then transfer it to the lower station after measurement. If the gas field pressure is high, no compressor can be set up temporarily, and the pressurization equipment will be added after the gas field pressure is reduced in the late stage of mining. Send pig to next station when pig is required. At the first station of gas transmission, gas component analysis, gas water dew point and neck dew point detection should be carried out.
2. Compressor station process flow
The compressor station is tasked with separating, dusting, pressurizing, cooling the gas, receiving the upstream pig, and sending the downstream pig. After the natural gas enters the station, the impurities are removed by the separation dust collector to meet the intake requirements of the compressor, the intake compressor is pressurized, and the cooling is transmitted downstream.
3. Sub-delivery station process flow
The task of the sub-transport station is to separate and dust the natural gas, receive the upstream pig, and send the downstream pig. The natural gas supplied to the user must be separated and dusted, regulated, and measured to each user. After the natural gas enters the station, the impurities are removed by the separator, and part of the natural gas is transferred to the user after pressure regulation and measurement, and the other part is supplied to the downstream.
4. Pigging station process flow
The pigging station's function is to send and receive pig. The pigging operation of natural gas pipeline includes pigging before production and regular pigging during normal operation. The main purpose of pigging before operation is to remove the impurities accumulated in the natural gas pipeline during the construction and pressure test period, mainly including the soil, welding slag, water and so on. Regular pigging during normal operation means that after the pipeline runs for a period of time, due to the accumulation of some impurities and liquid in the pipeline, the pipeline transport efficiency is reduced, and it is easy to cause pipeline corrosion, so it is necessary to regularly stage pigging.
5. Gas transmission terminal process
In the long distance pipeline, the task of the final station is to separate the dust removal of natural gas, receive the pig, and supply gas to the user according to the user's flow pressure requirements. In order to solve the problem of unbalanced gas consumption by the user, the final station often needs to have underground gas storage, high pressure gas storage, LNG gas storage and other peaking facilities.
