The main equipment of the on-site unattended skid-mounted LNG gasification station is: LNG storage tank, BOG storage tank, unloading platform, unloading booster, storage tank booster, main air temperature vaporizer (water bath heater), reheater, BOG heater, EAG vaporizer, LNG pressure regulating metering and odorizing device , central control system, safety dispersion and safety cut-off system, pipelines, fire lightning protection and other auxiliary equipment. The LNG storage tank is a low-temperature vacuum insulated container with a volume of usually 40~150m3. The LNG air-temperature vaporizer and BOG (EAG) heater are both finned tube combination equipment. The former is mainly used for gasification of LNG, and the latter is mainly used for reheating BOG (EAG) gas. Natural gas itself is colorless and odorless, and it should be odorized according to regulations. The odorant should be tetrahydrothiophene.
Its process characteristics:
1. "Storage at low temperature, use at room temperature". The design temperature of the storage tank reaches minus 196 degrees Celsius (the boiling point of LNG at normal temperature is minus 162 degrees Celsius), and the outbound natural gas temperature is required to be no less than 10 degrees Celsius below the ambient temperature.
2. The cold storage performance of cryogenic storage tanks, valves and pipe fittings at the station should be better.
3. The equipment, pipelines, instruments, valves and accessories in the low-temperature area of the LNG station have better operating performance under low-temperature conditions and have good mechanical strength, sealing and corrosion resistance.
4. The gasification equipment is required to be able to withstand earthquakes, typhoons and meet design requirements under normal climate conditions to achieve the maximum gasification flow rate.
5. Select the pressure regulating device according to the scale of the LNG gasification station. Usually, a 2-way voltage regulating device is installed, and the voltage regulator is an independent voltage regulator with a pilot and overpressure cut-off.
Measurement adopts turbine flow meter. The odorizing agent uses tetrahydrothiophene, and the odorizing agent is powered by a diaphragm metering pump. The odorizing agent is injected into the gas pipeline according to the flow signal.
