The cryogenic liquid is discharged from the cryogenic liquid storage tank by the pressure of the storage tank itself, flows through the cryogenic liquid pump for pressurization, enters the vaporizer to be vaporized into gas, and then is filled into the cylinder through the bus. The liquid is vaporized into gas by the LNG gasifier, and the inlet pipeline pressure regulating device is adjusted to the use pressure and then transported to the use terminal through the vaporizer pipeline. The installation site of the vaporizer must have good ventilation conditions, away from residential houses, high-voltage lines, fire sources, grease, and keep the ground clean.
There should be safety signs around the installation site of the LNG gasifier, and fire-fighting facilities and equipment should be available. The vaporizer is generally installed outdoors and needs to be equipped with a static electricity removal device. There must also be a lightning protection device in plateau areas. When installing or repairing the LNG gasifier, such products and related fasteners need to be degreased, and the related tools used and the hands and work clothes of the staff are required to be clean and oil-free. When the vaporizer is working at low temperature, it is absolutely not allowed to loosen or tighten the components of the pipeline directly. During the use of the vaporizer, if there is a leak, please stop the vaporizer and perform inspection and maintenance after it returns to normal temperature.
The vaporizer needs to be placed on a flat concrete foundation. The foundation should generally be 200mm to 300mm above the ground and more than 2 meters away from surrounding obstacles. The base should be fixed with anchor bolts or expansion screws. Before leaving the factory, the channels of the vaporizer that are in contact with the medium are degreased, blown dry with dry nitrogen and sealed. However, when the user installs the vaporizer on site, the inlet and outlet joints, flanges, etc. need to be cleaned, degreased, and degreased again. Specific method: Use carbon tetrachloride to clean, degrease, and then use dry nitrogen to dry all parts of the LNG gas (vapor) vaporizer that are in contact with the medium.
