In the Station Control System (SCS) such as natural gas stations and pressure regulating stations, the signals are mostly 4-20mA analog signals and non-bus digital signals. Each analog device requires at least 2 signals. Transmission lines, each non-bus digital quantity requires 3 signal transmission lines, so with the increase of measurement and control points, the signal transmission lines from the scene to the control room will increase exponentially, because the distance ranges from tens to hundreds of meters. , the cable laying cycle will be longer and the cost will be higher, the installation and later maintenance of the system will become more complicated, and the stability of the system will also decrease. In view of this, this paper proposes to use fieldbus to replace the original data collection and transmission method to reduce the number of cable routing. In the natural gas station measurement and control system, Ethernet is often used as the only data transmission channel between the host computer and the on-site measurement and control system. When a single data transmission channel (Ethernet or fieldbus) fails, data transmission will be directly interrupted, and the on-site status cannot be monitored in real time, which may cause immeasurable harm. Considering this, this article proposes to provide a set of wireless redundant communication methods for the original transmission methods of Ethernet and fieldbus, so that when the wired communication channel is abnormal, the system ensures stable data transmission through the corresponding redundant wireless communication methods.
