Process flow:

The product is odorized automatically and continuously by the system. It can keep the concentration of the odorizer uniform and stable, with an accuracy of ≤±5%.

Microcontroller control cabinet:

Receives the 4-20mA flow signal from flowmeter 1-3 (specified when ordering), converts it into a pulse signal and sends it to the dosing pump, and automatically adds medicine according to the natural gas flow. (No signal input can be adjusted manually)

The equipment installed on site is of overall explosion-proof and explosion-proof design. The explosion-proof level meets the explosion-proof requirements for the first area of the gate station. Explosion-proof mark doll CT6, and the explosion-proof mark is marked on the prominent position of the equipment.

Equipped with a diaphragm plunger dosing pump, the output working pressure is 1.73Mpa. The single-stroke odorant output of the odorizing pump can be adjusted within the range of 20-400mg/time, adapting to a wide range of gas flow rates; it can meet the gas odorizing operation with a maximum gas flow rate of 110,000 m³/h.

The measuring tank has glass tube liquid level display and measurement calibration functions. The metering tank is a normal pressure vessel made of stainless steel. The upper and lower heads are welded and the surface is polished. The maximum rated working pressure of the tank is <0.05Mpa.

This odorizing machine is independently developed by our company. The odorant is tetrahydrothiophene (THT). The core component of the odorizing machine, the odorizing pump, is an imported original product (American Milton Roy) with excellent performance. This product is easy to operate, has few wearing parts and has a low failure rate. Mainly used to add trace amounts of liquid odorant to the gas system.
